EYZFlow is a modular platform for professional video operations — connecting content management, AI-powered versioning, media delivery, and branded streaming experiences. Sales Manager New Business — International B2B

We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales person to help build our New Business pipeline for EYZFlow. This role combines active sales execution with the development of scalable sales structures.
You will identify and approach relevant target customers in Germany and international markets, build and manage a qualified pipeline, run discovery calls, pitches and demos, structure opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close new customers. You will also work closely with management and product to refine ICP, messaging, sales processes, and early playbooks.
This position is suited for someone with experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, media, consulting, or another complex product environment. You should be confident in active new business development, structured pipeline management, CRM work, forecasting, customer conversations, pitches, and negotiations. Strong German and English skills are important, as our customer base is international.
The role is full-time, with a hybrid setup including remote work and regular collaboration on site. Start date by agreement.

Agentic UI Workflow Engineer — Flutter, Web, Mobile & TV

We are also looking for an engineer to work on agentic user interfaces and workflow-driven product experiences across Flutter, web, mobile, and TV environments.
This role is about more than implementing screens. We are building interfaces where users interact with complex media workflows, automation logic, AI-supported processes, and multi-step operational tasks. The right person should be interested in how modern applications can guide users through sophisticated workflows while keeping the experience clear, responsive, and usable across devices.
You should bring strong product engineering skills, experience with Flutter and modern frontend development, and an interest in building applications for web, mobile, and TV surfaces. Experience with media products, workflow tools, AI-assisted interfaces, design systems, or complex operational dashboards is a strong plus.
This role is suited for someone who likes to work close to product strategy, UX, and engineering architecture — and who wants to help define how agentic workflow interfaces should feel in real production software.
